Do you provide recruitment support for temporary staff, maternity cover and contract workers?

Runa Recruitment is happy to advertise contract roles and cover roles, such as maternity cover positions, but unfortunately we aren't able to provide recruitment support for temporary roles.


How does a recruitment agency work?

When you choose us as your recruitment partner, we will prioritise developing a clear understanding of your business and hiring requirements. We will help you to establish the specification of the role, and if there are any opportunities for us to add sector-specific input into crafting your advert, we will do so. Once we've received applications for the role, we'll begin screening applicants and carrying out and necessary checks. We provide negotiation services, so if you'd like us to act on behalf of you then this can be arranged - it'll also give your prospect candidate a consistent point of contact. 

Upon selection for interview, we'll put forward the candidates that we believe are best suited to the role. From putting CV outlines together, to giving our own experienced insights on your interviewees, we're here throughout the entire process to help you make an informed decision. After all interviews have been carried out, we will also be able to support on providing feedback to your selected candidates - this is an invaluable part of our approach.
