About the Role

Are you a people person with a passion for beauty?! We’re looking for a friendly, on the ball and emotionally intelligent individual who has at least 1 years’ experience in a similar e-comm customer service role, to join this small but busy customer service team. The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem solving skills, be clear and well spoken with an excellent telephone manner and possess good written skills.

This is an immediate start, 12 month FTC role, working Full-Time - 3 days office based/2 WFH
WORK DAYS ARE SUNDAY - THURSDAY

The company has several direct-to consumer health and beauty brands, growing over 100% in the past year. Their key brands, are successful beauty brands both looking to expand and strengthen their engagement with key bricks & mortar and online retail partners across the UK and Europe. While at different stages in their journey to establishing partnerships these partnerships, both have major opportunities to grow and support the strategic ambitions of the wider business.

What you’ll be doing: The role will involve supporting a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to managing our customer feedbacks online. Your job role will involve but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Answering customer calls to deal with queries, product information, delivery information and general questions for UK and EU customers
- Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their items receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner.
- Responding to customer messages from Ebay & Amazon
- Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on our e-commerce channels.
- Quality Control / Product testing to identify products with potential issues
- Processing claims with our delivery couriers for missing customer deliveries.
- General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly.

Compensation:
- Up to £25,000 per annum

Requirements

Your experience:

  • Working within an ever changing and fast paced company

  • A good understanding of beauty products is essential

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Application and other Office Applications

  • Polish or German language skills are desirable
