About the Role

A super friendly and progressive creative agency is looking for an outstanding Personal Assistant to support the Director and Studio manager in the smooth running for their busy and fast paced studio! It is essential you have previous admin/PA experience.

This is a really varied role where you will not only be providing PA support on both the business and personal side, but you will also be involved in running the studio, from general admin, to research projects to helping with events management. You will have to be able to multitask and prioritise with ease with the ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure!

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This role is flexible WFH

Requirements

  • details independently, while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed or engaged.

  • Caring attitude to staff supporting them with their needs in their busy and sometimes

  • demanding roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, hard working with attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy - confident using current technologies such as Microsoft, Slack, WhatsApp

  • Ability to use common sense and best judgement in all scenarios.

  • Excellent follow-up and able to respond quickly.

  • Excellent administrative skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
