Our client is looking for a motivated, hardworking person to join our London-based, high-growth
health and beauty business to manage the Ecommerce team. The key brands are successful British
beauty brands both looking to expand and strengthen their engagement with key bricks & mortar
and online retail partners across the UK and Europe. While at different stages in their journey to
establishing partnerships these partnerships, both have major opportunities to grow and support
the strategic ambitions of the wider business.

The Senior Ecommerce Manager is responsible for digital merchandising, maintaining freshness and
quality of the ecommerce website, addressing legal matters, creating new landing pages and
amending existing pages, promoting the sites and outlining and reporting monthly, quarterly and
yearly trading plans. The most important responsibility of this function is to define the company's
ecommerce initiative—or redefine it, if the company's objectives have evolved and the site has to
deliver a new message to the marketplace. The Ecommerce Manager must be familiar with the
duties and responsibilities of IT, website production, and marketing departments, interfacing with
those departments (e.g. Design, Brand) to create and promote the ecommerce side of the business.
You will be responsible for all planning and execution of the ecommerce strategy including digital
merchandising, trade, reports & analysis.

N.B. you must be able to commute to the Highgate area 3 days a week.
Salary is £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.
